- The subject of the public contract is the construction of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "GPK") on the premises of the contracting authority during its operation and related necessary construction and engineering activities.
The public order is a strategic investment directly managed by the Ministry of Health, project no.335V911000001, and its implementation will be co-financed from the state budget.
The result of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the work (including other documents that make up the contract for the work) according to the Contractual Conditions for the Construction of Land and Engineering Structures Designed by the Client, the so-called FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, issued in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) and other documents forming the work contract.
