- The subject of the public contract is the construction of the building of the constitutional pharmacy and the provision of other necessary work, performance and activities related to this, in the manner stipulated by the relevant applicable legislation and in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority stipulated by this tender documentation and its annexes.The contracting authority points out that part of the tender documentation (project documentation) is provided only after the conditions of Section 96 of the Public Procurement Act are met; See Article 3.4.4 of the Terms of Association.buildings
