- The subject of this Public Contract is the delivery of the Flywheel shock generator.
The scope of performance includes the following in particular:
a) Delivery of the Flywheel shock generator, including provision of input materials, documentation processing (i.e. project documentation, documentation of the actual execution,days of documentation and other documentation required by the Client in the Technical Specification), production of components, their assembly at the place of production, testing and testing, packaging and preparation for transport and any other performance that is part of the delivery of the Flywheel shock generator according to the requirements of Tectechnical specifications;
b) Transport of the Flywheel shock generator to the Client provided by the Supplier;
c) Installation and commissioning of the Flywheel shock generator at the Client's premises.
The above performance, i.e. the delivery of the Flywheel shock generator, must fully comply with the requirementsm The contracting authority listed in Appendix No. 1 (Technical specification) and in Appendix No. 2 (Binding draft of the Contract) Procurement documentation.
