Description: • The subject of the public contract (vz) is the supply of a fluorescent microscope with an ISIS image analysis and the provision of licensing rights for its use for the Institute of Medical Biochemistry and laboratory diagnostics of the General Faculty Hospital in Prague.

• The subject of the performance of the public contract is also defined by a binding proposal for a purchase contract, which constitutes the Annex to the Terms and Conditions No. 2.
• In connection with the provisions of Section 6 (4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority took into account the obligation to comply with the principles of the responsible procurement of public procurement, and to the extent that it considers to the nature and meaning of this public contract for adequate and possible, even with regard to others the principles set out in Section 6 of the Act.
