Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract with one supplier to update the project documentation and ensure all documents and acts necessary for the proper and safe construction of the construction "flood damage on road II/457 Petrovice - Jindřichov - Osoblaha, p. Retaining walls in the village of Jindřichov km 57,436-62,413-Update of PD, SO-203, SO-204 "(hereinafter" Construction ") according to the existing enclosed documentation processed by Transportation Company, spol. s r.o. IČO: 25361520 Ing. Ivan Střalka entitled Reconstruction of the Support Wall in Jindřichov km 57,436 - 62,413. The project documentation will contain all the requirements stipulated by Decree No. 227/2024 Coll., Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and its related regulations incl. drawing all utilities (technical infrastructure route) The concerned of the design of the designed construction. The design of the project documentation is required to perform a geological survey. The project documentation will be elaborated in details for processing the offer for the construction of the building pursuant to Sections 89 to 95 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 134/2016 Coll.") and to the extent and structure pursuant to Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On the determination of the scope of documentation of the public work and in the list of construction work, delivery and services with a report, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 169/20016 Coll.
