- The subject of this public contract is the development of project documentation under the title "Fitness swimming pool 25m - project documentation" will deal with the construction of a new fitness area, which will include a 25m indoor pool with eight lanes, a children's learning pool, exercise rooms and a sauna for regenerationcrayfish. The project will meet the conditions according to the document Binding standards for the construction of a swimming pool for the NSA 13/2023 call and for holding international swimming competitions according to FINA rules. The PD will be processed with an emphasis on balancing the quality of the architectural solution and investment and operating costs.
Project work will include:
Preparation of an architectural study,
Project documentation for a joint permit (DUSP),
Project documentation for construction execution (DPS) including a list of construction works, supplies and services.
Architectural study under the title "Conditional swimming pool swimming pool - study" bable to solve the location of the 25-meter indoor swimming pool object, compliance with territorial regulations, connections within the development area, dynamic and static transport of the given area, connection to utility networks, incorporation of NSA subsidy conditions, aesthetic rendering and functional arrangement, preliminary price calculationdivided by individual construction and engineering objects and visualization.
