The subject of the competition is the design of the art, material and technical solution of the artwork (hereinafter referred to as the works), which it would have its artificial importation, used materials and proportions to the nature and atmosphere of the public spaces of the Portheimka Park or Matthew Street (hereinafter referred to as realization) and to be a decent recalling Exceptional personality of F. perouters.
