Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of a new and unused laser burning machine, under the conditions set out in this tender documentation.
All the supplier's costs for properly fulfilling the subject of the contract and putting the equipment into operation are considered part of the supply and must be taken into account in the bid price.
The contracting authority determines special technical conditions for the suppliers for the subject of the public contract according to Annex No. 2 of this ZD. The contracting authority defines the characteristics of the requested subject of performance in the technical conditions, which must meet the offered subject of performance of the suppliers. The participant will indicate whether the performance offered by himfulfills the requirements in the following binding manner.
The Participant shall complete the technical conditions according to the instructions therein, including the type and type of performance. Completion of these types and types of performance is binding for the supplier and will be attached to the purchase contract, which means that the supplier will be obliged to deliver exactly the performanceteremu committed himself in the offer. The client requires the fulfillment of the technical assignment to be documented with the relevant technical sheets.
