Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract with one supplier to process the feasibility study - extension of forces. III/4782 Ostravska Street (Svinov), including the construction of a common path for pedestrians and cyclists. The aim of the study is to design technically, traffic and urban feasible extension solutionexisting roads and simultaneous construction of a common path for pedestrians and cyclists (mixed trail) along the section. The study should take into account the safety of transport, technical and spatial possibilities of the territory and propose variant solutions, including estimates of costs. The beginning of the section is approximately in km 2.9 and the end in km 4.1Road III/4782 Ostravska Street in Svinov. The length of the section is about 1.2 km. https://mapy.cz/s/nugakojova scope of the study: • Analysis of the current situation: on traffic load, width arrangement, road and landscape status, on the use of surroundings and movement of pedestrians and cyclists, property relations and protection zones, on drawingTechnical infrastructure route, possible collision with infrastructure (utilities, watercourses, etc.). • Design of variants of solutions: on expansion of the road (eg adding lane, modification of the sidewalls, reinforcement), on the management of a common path for pedestrians and cyclists - min. Width parameters according to ČSN 73 6110 and TP 179, oSolving the connection of the trail to the existing transport network, the design of the accompanying infrastructure (lighting, transitions, furniture), on the evaluation of environmental impact (basic assessment). • Comparison of variants: o Technical feasibility, about impact on transport, safety and environment, about financial demands(preliminary budget), on property rights. • Recommendation of the optimal variant of the solution.
