- The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a comprehensive feasibility study for the location, implementation of production, storage and sale of pure hydrogen at the Lazy location. In connection with the use of electricity produced by planned photovoltaic power plants (FVE Lazy 3a, FVE Lazy 3b) in island modeu, with a panel output of 8.14 MWp, this feasibility study will be developed.
