- The subject of the public contract is to perform a work consisting in the creative and other activities of the contractor aimed at making project documentation for building construction, materially capturing the results of this activity and providing the exclusive license to use the contractor's activities, including their material capture regulations and technical standards, submitted project documentation for issuing building permits and issued building permits (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”), construction - construction of a multifunctional sports area including related building modifications ( Completed buildings. The subject of the performance of the public contract also includes the preparation of all documents (including the application) to ensure the issue of the final building decision and to ensure the issuance of a final building approval decision, including the provision of all necessary statements of the authorities concerned.
