The subject of the public contract is the upgrade of the existing AFM Bruker MultiMode 8‑HR (Bruker) through Open Hardware LBNI (EPFL), including: (1) AFM head for small beams with photothermal excitation; (2) SPM controller and software. The goal is to increase the speed and quality of measurements, especially in liquids, and the open extensibility of the system. Laboratory, optical and precision instruments and equipment (except glasses)
