- The subject of the public order is the supply of an Image cytometer for high-capacity multifactorial analysis for the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Kralove. The subject of the public contract is specified in detail in Annex No. 1 draft purchase contract. The technical specification of the subject of performance is determined by Annex no.2 technical specification.
This involves the acquisition of a device that is not available at FaF UK, and which will allow students to use fully automated microscopy incl. automatic and quantitative image analyses, not only end-point analyses, but also kinetic measurements over time incl. flow-style data evaluationof the cytometer (using standard culture plastic without the need for much manipulation of the sample). The device will enable the creation of your own easy-to-use methods, which will make light and fluorescence microscopy easily available, incl. quantitative analysis from image data.
