- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the construction of interoperability tools and central services, the establishment and development of interoperable standards for the exchange of medical documentation, the standardization of the method of exchange of medical records, the construction of test environments for testing services, promotion and educationher and other services.
The subject of the performance of the public contract will be co-financed from the National Recovery Plan.
The contracting authority in accordance with § 131 et seq. ZZVZ will conclude a framework agreement with three participants, whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous in the procurement process. The framework agreement will be concluded for a fixed period, andfor a period of 4 years.
The awarding of public contracts based on the framework agreement will take place with the renewal of the competition in accordance with § 135 ZZVZ.
The supplier of the subject of the performance of the public contract is a significant supplier according to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security and on the amendment of related laws (Act on Cyberethical security), as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "ZKB") and Decree No. 82/2018 Coll., on security measures, cyber security incidents, reactive measures, submission requirements in the field of cyber security and data disposal (decree on cyber security ),as amended (hereinafter referred to as "VKB"). The supplier will have to comply with all obligations arising from the ZKB, VKB and related legal regulations.
