- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the creation of conditions for the use of data resources available/acquired within the healthcare system of the Czech Republic for scientific and research purposes and further to support the development of public policies, i.e. for the secondary use of health data.
The subject of the performance of the public contract will beolufinanced from the National Recovery Plan.
The contracting authority in accordance with § 131 et seq. ZZVZ will conclude a framework agreement with three participants, whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous in the procurement process. The framework agreement will be concluded for a fixed period of 4 years.
Procurement based onof the framework agreement will take place with the renewal of the competition in accordance with § 135 ZZVZ.
The contracting authority in the field of ICT awards a public contract with the designation "Coordination of the preparation and implementation of healthcare electronicization projects" (hereinafter referred to as "contract for the coordinator"). Due to the interconnectedness of the subjects of the implementation of the VZ on the coordinator apublic contracts awarded in this procurement procedure and a possible conflict of interest, the supplier selected within the VZ for the coordinator may not be the same as the supplier selected in this procurement procedure. Therefore, the contracting authority will not proceed to conclude a framework agreement for the performance of this public contract with a supplier who will be selecteddays and with whom the framework agreement will be signed at the general meeting of the coordinator.
