Description:
Providing general legal advice and consultations in the area of subsidies and public support, in connection with the subsidy program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness (OPTAK) in the program period 2021-2027, or in some cases also in connection with the Operational Programframework Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Competitiveness (OPPIK) and with the Operational Program Entrepreneurship and Innovation (OPPI). Part of the performance is also participation in meetings of the contracting authority related to the subsidy program (i.e. participation in working groups, participation in negotiations with applicants, etc.).
Output of legal services bespecially the processing of legal analyses, analyzes and legal opinions, or also settlement of objections against inspection findings from on-site inspections.
