- System infrastructure support and security support of UMČ Prague 4 according to the specification below and cooperation with the contracting authority, including its contractual and non-contractual partners, (hereinafter referred to as services).
Scope of services provided:
a) server support;
b) backup - availability and protection of data server infrastructureury, end point incl. DR orchestration;
c) Cyber security and security;
d) access management of privileged users - PAM;
e) perimeter security, HA/DR clustering of service connectivity, VPN and 2FA authorization;
f) specification of ICT infrastructure components and services.
Detailed specification of the subjectperformance of the public contract is listed in Annex No. 1, which is an integral part of this procurement documentation.
With regard to the nature of information and its protection according to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security, the contracting authority will provide Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation based on the request of the supplier and oproti the submitted signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as amended by Annex No. 7 of the procurement documentation. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or on behalf of the supplier. If the agreement is signed by an agent, the agreement must be accompanied by a power of attorney given to such person for thiscase granted. The supplier's requests together with the attached signed confidentiality agreement can be sent via the electronic tool E-ZAK in the form of a message to the contracting authority.
