- - concluding a framework agreement for a period of 4 years - extension of the time-limited license to the Born Digital Studio software platform. It includes technical support, which includes software maintenance (access to updates and new releases of the platform) and operational technical support in solving incidents and malfunctions of Born Digital Studio, the layer of AI automated processes and the front end. The specific parameters of the operational technical support services provided will be defined in the SLA. - development of the contracting authority's information system through the use of artificial intelligence on the Born Digital Studio platform. It includes the development and implementation of add-on modules and AI agents aimed at optimizing processes associated with the administration of subsidy programs, increasing the efficiency of the contracting authority's activities and ensuring full compatibility with existing AI information system components. - operational and testing virtual infrastructure, Azure credits for AI transactions for 4 years License rights to the Born Digital Studio platform and IS CRR development - time extension limited licenses to the Born Digital Studio software platform.
