• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the extension of the Komorni Lhotka Primary and Kindergarten building. The extension will increase the current capacity of the school from 90 pupils to 110 pupils, one classroom will be added to the building on the 2nd floor. The technical facilities of the school's kitchen on the 1st floor will be expanded and new cloakrooms will be created in the basement of the proposed extension. As part of the layout adjustments, the existing toilets will be moved to more suitable positions according to the individual floors. The new classroom will be designed with an interactive whiteboard with a height shift, the whiteboard will be connected to data distribution in the school building. The blackboard will be illuminated by two asymmetric lights, which will be placed according to the manufacturer's policy. The new classroom will be equipped with acoustic suspended ceilings, made of perforated panels anchored to the SDK grid and placed on them with mineral insulation in thickness 50mm. The solution designed in this way ensures standard reverberation values ​​in the classroom. Air exchange in the classroom will be ensured a separate HVAC unit suspended under the soffit in the back of the room. The unit will react to the amount of CO2 in the room and regulate the air supply to the room accordingly. The windows will (according to the school's request) be equipped with internal blinds, which can be operated manually for the need of shading the space. From the north side of the building, a new escape staircase will be built ensuring escape from the building from the 2nd floor and 1st floor, under the staircase there will be a direct entrance to the dressing rooms in the 1st floor. The escape staircase also serves as a supply entrance to the back of the kitchen. A lifting platform located in front of the retaining wall will also be used for supply staircase.
