Description:
The subject of the Public Procurement for Construction Work entitled The Extensions and Reconstruction of the DSP Kralovice - II. Stage is another phase of the gradual reconstruction of the DSP Kralovice area. In the period 2022 - 2024, the first phase was realized, which contained the extension of the new block D and the necessary part of the reconstructionadjacent block B. II. The stage follows the previous reconstruction and contains the reconstruction of block B.
Block B is an object with two above -ground floors, attic and one underground floor. In the past, reconstruction was carried out in which rooms were placed in the attic. The basement is currently usedrehabilitation device. In the basement there is also an unused swimming pool with undersized facilities. The aim of the building plan is to increase the inpatient capacity, parking space, modernization of rooms, and facilities, improve the energy performance of the building and operation. The proposal is not only operating, energy, energyand the technical optimization of the building, but also unifies the architectural form of the entire building.
The whole block B will be reconstructed due to the unsatisfactory condition of the rooms, networks and for complete modernization. The attic site is designed a full -fledged floor with a flat roof (height united with othersblocks d and a).
