- The subject of the public contract is the extension and building modification of the building of the Special Pedagogical Center. The extension consists of a personal elevator with a load capacity of 630 kg and ground plan dimensions of 2.45 x 2.62 m. The height will be 7.08 m. Construction work will includeAdjustment of internal layouts, new water distribution, electricity, lighting, SLP distribution, heating system with leaving the existing source - remote heating, cellar adjustment, including partial insulation of the building with the aim of removing moisture. Furthermore, construction work will be made in the attic of the building -The disposition will change here. The extension of the elevator is related to the implementation of water connections, internal sewer and cetin for its own building. Furthermore, the extension is related to the construction of the access pavement of 1500 mm width to the elevator door. During construction work, the character and appearance of the building will be maintained. RepairThe facades are not part of the construction.
The subject of the public contract is part of the project "Expansion and Modernization of the Medicine, Elementary School and Kindergarten in Karvina",It will be co -financed from the European Regional Development Fund "EFRR within the Integrated Regional Operational Program after 2021 - 2027 (IROP), Priority 4 - Improvement of quality and availability of social and health services, educational infrastructure and cultural developmentheritage. - Documents :
