Description:
The subject of the public contract is the extension of the fire station and the structural modifications of the existing fire station. The building serves as a fire station building for JPO III., while the existing building is rectangular with a street width of 16.7m and a total depth of 15.30m. The built-up area of the extension object is 149.00 m2 and the purpose is to build a garage for CAS and sanitary loops for the local JPO Dubňany. The construction modifications of the existing building consist of the overall insulation of the facade of the building with the ETICS system with facade polystyrene tl. 160 mm, other construction modifications concern the replacement of hole fillings. Next, internal ones will be made building modifications, mainly painting of metal elements (frames, railings), reconstruction of bathrooms (tiling, tiling, sanitary), replacement of door leaves, replacement of light fixtures, replacement of PVC and others according to the project documentation. The implementation of the construction works will take place during the uninterrupted activities of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Dubna people. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is contained in Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation and in the draft contract for the work, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
