The subject of performance and the purpose of the public contract entitled "Professional technical supervision of the investor - PPC1" is:
a) the performance of the professional technical supervision of the investor (hereinafter referred to as "TDI") for the implementation of the Construction and supervision of the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the contractors of partial parts of the Construction specified in the contracts about dwith the contractors of sub-parts of the Construction.
b) performance of the Investor's Expert Quality Supervision (hereinafter referred to as "QA/QC"), consisting in ensuring control (conformity) and supervision of the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the contractors of sub-parts of the Construction specified in the contracts for the work subcontractorsBuildings, with a special emphasis on the quality and method of carrying out the works while simultaneously respecting the opinions and decisions of the relevant public authorities relating to the affected sub-part of the Building.taci.
