- The subject of performance and the purpose of the public contract entitled "Professional technical supervision of the investor" is:
a) performing the performance of professional technical supervision of the investor (hereinafter referred to as "TDI") within the framework of the construction.
b) performing the performance of quality supervision of the investor (hereinafter also referred to as " QA/QC"), consisting in ensuring control (shody) and supervision of the fulfillment of
the contractual obligations of the construction contractor specified in the work contract with the Construction contractor, with special emphasis on the quality and
method of carrying out the work while simultaneously respecting the opinions and decisions of the relevant public authorities relating to
concerned Construction.
