- The subject of the public order is the preparation of project documentation, which will deal with the situational and dispositional location of the indoor swimming pool facility, including communication connections, and the connection with the existing outdoor area in Prostějov and the solution to the modifications of the related public spaces. Part of the project dockmentation will also be the connection of the building to engineering networks, installation distributions, fire protection, heating with heat pumps, cogeneration units and photovoltaics. At the same time, pool technology, traffic solutions, outdoor and garden improvements, including aftercare, will be addressed. Subject to public orderky will also be the performance of the designer's supervision. The expected investment costs of the construction are in the amount of 520 million CZK without VAT.
