- Description:
- The fulfillment of the contract consists in the execution of an extension of a single-storey building with a rectangular floor plan with a hipped roof. The construction solution is based on the technical and structural solution of the existing building. Only at the time of establishment was, with respect to management hot water and water pipes at the site of the extension, a different method of foundation was chosen. In this case, a complete replacement of the unbearable top soil under the base plate was not possible - it could cause the existing building to settle and encroach on the neighboring land. The facades will be provided with a thin layer of plaster on a certified insulation system. The roof sheathing will be a folded sheet metal covering.
