Description:
General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the construction of parking areas in front of the Elementary and Kindergarten in Raškovice. The new parking lot is located on lot no. 240/1 in c.u. Raškovice near road III/4774, sil. III/4773 and purpose-built roads as a link between these roads in Raškovice. Title of the work: "Expansion of parking areas at primary and kindergarten in Raškovice - 2nd part" ATTENTION! The subject of the contract is only the 2nd part from the PD, because the 1st part was already carried out in 2024. The first non-relevant part included: SO 102 Walkway 1st part, SO 104 Platform construction modifications, SO 451 Electrical installation VO lighting at the stop, pedestrian crossing to pillar No. 6. This first part is already used in normal traffic. The second relevant part of the budget includes: 000 General and other items SO 101 Parking lots SO 101.1 Permanent traffic markings SO 102 Sidewalk 2nd part SO 103 Construction modifications of communication SO 301 Sewerage SO 451 Electrical installation of public lighting SO 801 Garden improvements Bidders will price only these listed construction objects in the bids in the scope according to the itemized budget / measurement statement in Appendix No. 4 of this call. The project documentation in Appendix No. 3 of this call will only be used supportively, to the extent defined by the itemized budget / measurement statement. Throughout the execution of the work, pupils and employees of ZŠ Raškovice as well as other road users will be moving around the place of execution, and the contractor must adjust the execution of the work with regard to their safety.
