Description:
The subject of this public order is the supply of Goods, which means network active elements for the data network in the new MEPHARED 2 campus of the Charles University (UK) in Hradec Kralove and in the existing buildings of the Customer, i.e. all HW, SW and other performance according to the specifications specified in the Agreement and its annexes; including its installation, implementation, configuration, migration and integration into the Customer's existing environment and other related services listed below (hereinafter referred to as "Deliveries"), as well as related HW and SW maintenance (support) of the Supplier and manufacturer, warranty and warranty support of the Supplier and manufacturer and operational support of the Supplier and the manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "Support") and Other Services (Support and Other Services referred to collectively as "Services", "Services and "Deliveries" referred to collectively also referred to as "subject of performance").
A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is given in the Contract (in Appendix No. 4 of the procurement documentation Binding Proposal contract) and in the other annexes of the procurement documentation.
