- The intention of the contracting authority is to supplement the existing warning and information system in such a way that it is possible to predict the relevant indicators of danger arising from above-limit precipitation and to warn the population at risk at the time of the occurrence of an extraordinary event, thus reducing material damage and protecting the health and lives of the inhabitants. The system wouldde to sound the entire area in question, including the interior of the buildings of municipal authorities and the town hall with the help of acoustic wireless units, which are used to transmit warning information to residents in the event of a flood threat. In addition, the system must enable immediate notification of affected people in the event of an increase in the water levelauthorities using an email message.
