• The subject of the public contract is the construction of the camera system of the Brno Municipality of Černovice - the expansion of the city's camera surveillance system and its connection to the MKDS according to the approved investment plan and technical parameters for the MKDS according to the annex to the valid Operating Regulations MKDS approved RMB R8/025 dated 1/1/2024. The subject of the work is specified by the SPECIFICATIONS, LIST OF WORKS and OPERATING ORDERS of MKDS. The client points out here that although Kneslova street is mentioned in the SPECIFICATION and LIST OF WORKS, it is because the camera point is on BD Kneslov, while scanning Krausova Street and the adjacent park. The detailed scope of supplies and works that the client requires to be carried out is specified in more detail in the SPECIFICATION, LIST OF WORKS and in the MKDS OPERATING ORDER. Delivery of the building is understood as complete and faultless execution of all works and constructions, including the supply of the necessary materials necessary for the proper completion of the operable work, as well as the execution of all related activities.
