- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is construction work on the extension to the building of the Haviřov Seniors' Home, a contribution organization, Střediska Luna at 1200/52c Lidicka Street in Haviřov Šumbark, in order to expand its capacity. The extension building is designed as a double-armed, four-story building with a partial basement. The roofs will be flat, with the roof above the central section and block B designed with a roof foil covering designed for mechanical anchoring with photovoltaic panels, and the roof above block A as a walkable terrace with a deck and wooden decking boards. The scope of delivery also includes uniform translations, sewage and storm sewers, water connection to the campus water supply system, electrical connection from the existing substation and construction of parking spaces and roads for vehicles and pedestrians.
