- The subject of the public contract is the expansion and modernization of the existing emergency department of the Karlovy Vary Hospital a.s., realized by the extension of the existing pavilion A (structurally designated as object G1). The extension will be designed on a floor plan of approx. 16 x 37 m and will have a total of seven floors, of which there will be three floors underground and four floors above ground. Part of the construction will also be the construction of the connecting neck between building A and B. Construction work will be carried out on the parcel of land. No. 2711/1, 2717/1 and 2730/1 in the cadastral territory of Karlovy Vary.
The construction will be carried out in accordance with the prepared project documentation by PENTA PROJEKT s.r.o., MrΕ‘tikova 12, 586 01 Jihlava from 11/2023 and a building permit.
During the construction, operations in the existing building A will not be interrupted and the continuous availability of urgent care (emergency) must be ensured.
