• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is to build the building of the exit base of the Emergency Medical Service of the South Moravian Region, contributory organizations (ZZS JMK) in Břeclav consisting of:
  a) in the demolition of the existing warehouse hall and adjacent paved areas on the land in the cadastral area of ​​Břeclav: p. 4432/1, 4432/2, st. 4900, 5883 and 5884 owned by the South Moravian Region (the right of management has an EMS JMK);
  b) in the construction of a new building of the exit base on land in the cadastral area Břeclav: p. 4432/1, 4432/2, st. 4900, 5883 and 5884 owned by the South Moravian Region (the right of management has ZZS JMK), p. No. 4428 owned by the Czech Republic (Lesy Česke republiky, s.p.) and p. 3656/23 owned by the town of Břeclav;
  c) In the use of the BIM method including the processing of digital models of the building in the degrees of construction documentation and documentation of the actual construction, provision cooperation in making and updating the BIM implementation plan and ensuring the common data environment (CDE) to share information;
  (d) in representing the contracting authority in the final building approval and ensuring the issue of occupancy permit or consent, or other decisions/consents related to Subject of the Public Procurement, and any ensuring permission to change the construction before its completion and representation of the contracting authority in the proceedings on the change of construction before its completion.
