- The purpose of the public contract is the fulfillment of the obligations to carry out the evaluation of the Interreg V-A Czech Republic - Poland program (hereinafter also
"the program"), based on Articles 54-57 and 114 of Regulation (EU) No. 1330/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on common provisions,
Methodical instruction of the National Authority for Coordinationci (NOK) for evaluations in the 2014-2020 program period and the approved program evaluation plan. Evaluation of all aspects of the program, assessment according to 3E. Assessment of the achieved change in the program period, assessment
fulfillment of specific objectives. Obligation to implement this evaluation by the end of the program periodflows from Regulation 1303/2013. The performance consists of
a total of two tasks that will be performed in 2023. The outputs of the tasks will be presented in Czech, Polish and English.
