- The subject of the public procurement is the provision of 10 independent evaluations within the framework of programs financed from the EEA and Norway Funds 2014-2021 (the implementation phase of which runs until the end of 2024). The necessity of evaluating all programs for the National Contact Point (NCP) is a mandatory part of the implementation of EEA Funds andof Norway 2014 - 2021 and follows from the "Regulation on the implementation of the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA) 2014-2021" and the "Regulation on the implementation of the Financial Mechanism of Norway 2014-2021". The basic condition resulting from the Regulation is the independence of the evaluation.
