- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract between the contracting authority and one supplier, whose offer will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous, on the basis of which services related to the subject of performance defined below will be provided.
The subject of performance is
1. creation of a national certification scheme for certification of the European Digital Identity Wallet (hereinafter referred to as "EUDIW")
2. maintenance, development and monitoring of the EUDIW national certification scheme based on the individual requirements of the Digital and Information Agency (contractor).
A more detailed description of the subject of performance is given in Appendix No. 3 Technical specification a in Annex No. 4 of the Draft Agreement.
By dividing it, the contracting authority would incur additional unreasonable costs associated with the implementation of the subject of the contract.
The subject of performance is co-financed from the funds of the European Union, from the program National recovery plan, from the ROPIM project with registration number CZ.31.5.0/0.0/0.0/23_106/0008503
