Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation and the subsequent construction of the works "ETCS state border Germany - Dolni Žleb - Kralupy n. Vlt.", whereby the work will be implemented on a closed basis Contracts for work, according to the contractsnor FIDIC condition. The work is entered in BIM mode. The subject of this contract is also the provision of maintenance, service and development services for the supplied security devices and all associated devices that have SW interfaces with the security devices (for example, operational applications, diagnostics, etc.), as well as the provisionrequired services of maintenance, service and development of the operational application, within the scope and for the duration of the Agreement on the provision of services for ETCS and the Agreement on the provision of services for operational applications.
