Description:
These are TDI and health and safety services during the construction of 1.PP with above-ground parts of the covered entrance ramp and exit building with stairs and elevator. The entire building thus meets the UP condition "Maximum building height of 4 above-ground floors and an attic or 4 above-ground floors with a flat or slatted roof". The bulk of it of the submitted building plan is located in area OV2 - Civic facilities of public interest. The intention to build the P+R Parking House is the construction of public facilities and thus is in line with the main use: "The main function of the territory is civic facilities in the public interest; it is intended for service and to the needs of local residents." Since it is an underground building, elements of public greenery, driving and walking areas are located on the roof of the building. All these parts of the building are in accordance with both the main use and the permissible use of the area: "Parking and parking of vehicles; Areas of public green; Communications intended for local desktop service; Cycle paths and pedestrian communication".
