The construction meets the conditions of the spatial arrangement at the following points: - the building has 2 above -ground floors - the requirement we meet - rainwater are liquidated on the plot by means of a sequence and water will be used for watering gardens. - The building is located in the area of school buildings, thus complementing the use of this area. - Parking is designed at the existing parking spaces at the kindergarten Pumps, Sports Halls and Primary School Pětajovice k.u. 228/14 - 18 parking spaces k.u. 224/20 - 25 parking spaces - built -up area of the building is 333 m2
