• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the management of housing stock and non-residential premises owned by the municipality of Šestajovice. The administrator will comprehensively provide for the owner's administration and operation within the scope of the "Contract on the management of housing stock and non-residential premises" and applicable legal regulations housing stock, including apartment buildings, and non-residential premises, depending on the scope of activities. The scope of the housing stock, which will be managed by the contractor on the basis of the Agreement on the Management of the Housing Stock and Non-Residential Premises, is 26 apartments that are owned by the municipality Šestajovice and are part of apartment buildings (hereinafter also "housing stock" or "apartments"). The contracting authority reserves the right to expand the inventory of properties during the validity of the housing fund management contract.
