Description:
The subject of this public contract is the supply of the operating table with accessories incl. Accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "device") for the needs of the Simulation Center of Intensive Medicine Motol.
The offered device must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance specified by the contracting authority to the extent Started in Annex 1 Purchase Agreement - Technical Specification of the Subject of Performance.
Part of the Filling Subject is further:
(i.) Installation of the device and commissioning including verification of its functionality, performing all prescribed tests and tests.
(II.) Instruction/Training of medical staff that It will be carried out by a person in accordance with Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., On Medical Re equipment and diagnostic medical devices in vitro (hereinafter "Act No. 375/2022 Coll.").
(III.) Warranty Service of the device that will be carried out by the person in charge of this activity on the basis of a certificate Manufacturer on training service technician.
No need to buy other components.
