Description:
The subject of this contract is the building rights for the construction of a production hall in the premises of TEKO Trutnov a.s. for the future of the military center Metalsafe s.r.o.
The hall is located on land p.p.. 1449/69 in Trmice district (st nad Labem district) and is marked as SO.06 in the documentation.
The production hall will be divided into three separate operations, which will be separated from each other by sandwich light plates sheet/PUR/sheet. Pky will be installed from the floor to the soffit of the ceiling. The hall will be divided into a warehouse for input material (sheet metal), a preparation room, a welding room I., a welding room II., a preparation room, a paint shop and assembly. The whole material will enter the hall, which will go through the entire production and on at the end of the exit from the hall, the work is finished and wrapped. The individual operations will be separated by bars, in which there will be double-walled sliding doors with inset doors for passage employee.
