• eSS - 2026, Electronic file service system for the SAO The subject of the public contract is the procurement of an electronic file service system (hereinafter also referred to as "eSS") for the Supreme Audit Office. The subject of the public contract is: a) delivery, installation and implementation electronic file service system (eSS), especially all the necessary software equipment at all levels, including the provision of all necessary licenses, provision of a communication interface (API) for connecting with other internal and external information systems of the client, integration of eSS into the client's environment, all work connected with the implementation of the optimization of the eSS system, migration and validation of data from the client's concurrently used eSS system, training of eSS users, delivery of complete online system documentation form incl. current instructions for eSS users and the development of an exit plan according to the terms of reference, the public procurement contract and its annexes; b) provision of eSS service support; c) providing eSS development a d) development of an exit plan and cooperation with its implementation. The subject of the public contract must be performed in accordance with the minimum technical conditions (see below) and the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, including the requirements arising from its implementing decree No. 409/2025 Coll., on security measures of the provider of the regulated service in the regime of higher obligations (decree on cyber security), the offer of the (selected) supplier and other requirements of the contracting authority arising from negotiations on pre-emption...
