- The subject of this public contract is the supply of a technical solution for equipping its counters for reading and validating data elements that are printed on a paper carrier or digitally displayed on an electronic device, loading data elements of various personal documents and digitizing originals. RThe solution allows scanning the source that the counter worker places for scanning and at the same time scanning the source that the document holder places for scanning (typically placing a mobile phone in front of the scanner, in which case the counter worker is not allowed to physically pick up the device). The solution will allow the input to be loadedwith its hardware device, processes the read data with its software part and displays the result of the operation on the PC. In this initial phase, the validation result is only displayed by users and is not stored in any IS. The solution is in demand as a stand-alone solution, i.e. without application integration into a larger whole (current ISthe contracting authority). Nevertheless, the solution will enable future expansion (integration) to external systems for validating the loaded data (checking with the publisher). For details see ZD.
