• Part 1 - 96-well bench-top PCR system (2 pcs.) Part 4 - Real Time PCR Thermocycler (2 pcs) Part 3 - Real Time PCR Thermal Cycler with Interchangeable Blocks (1 pc) Part 2 - 384-well bench-top PCR system (1 pc) The subject of this public contract is delivery and installation of the devices listed below for the needs of the Scientific and Diagnostic Oncology Center of the FNMH and service provision of the equipment during its expected lifetime: (i.) for part 1 VZ: 96-well bench-top PCR system (2 pcs.) (ii.) for part 2 VZ: 384 well bench-top PCR system (1 pc.) (iii.) for part 3 VZ: - Real Time PCR thermocycler with exchangeable blocks (1pc) (iv.) for part 4 VZ: - Real Time PCR thermocycler (2 pcs.) Thermocyclers are used to perform polymerase chain reaction in real time. This procedure allows to identify and quantify specific DNA molecules in biological samples. The aim is to ensure a suitable working environment of the laboratory in order to cover routine diagnostics, large-scale testing and validation of demanding laboratory methods at keeping the time to obtain results as short as possible.
