- The subject of the public contract is the supply of new, unused and fully functional interior equipment, for accommodation rooms, common rooms, technical and operating spaces (eg laundry, offices, food preparation), corridors and staff facilities. The order also includes transport, assembly, wiring and setting individual elements of equipment so that the whole is fully functional and ready for use. The supplier will also ensure the operation of the operator, cleaning after assembly and ecological disposal of the packaging material.
The contracting authority decided in accordance with the provisions of § 35 and § 101 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. Orders, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"), on the division of this public contract into five separate parts.
However, offers must be processed and submitted separately for each part that the supplier is interested in, According to the conditions specified in the tender documentation
Part IV - Health Massage Bath
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply, assembly, training of the operator and installing a massage bath, including its mutual assembly and matching to form a fully functional and operational unit intended for the purpose stipulated by the contracting authority.
