- 4.1.1. The subject of the public contract is the supply, assembly and installation of school furniture according to the project documentation, which is part of this procurement documentation. The delivery also includes sampling according to the customer's requirements, transport to the place of fulfillment, assembly, installation, placement of all items in the school and of the gymnasium according to PD and the customer's instructions, including verification of functionality, disposal of waste, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, as well as the delivery of all valid certificates according to applicable legal standards, or the submission of revision reports and technical sheets.
