- The subject of the public order is the supply, installation and commissioning of water treatment technology to two establishments of the contracting authority, i.e. to location A and location B (hereinafter referred to as "work" or "technology") according to the Technical Specification, which forms Appendix No. 2 of the tender conditions.
The technology delivered must comply with the minimumto the technical parameters established by these tender conditions and Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions. The contracting authority requests the delivery of the same equipment to both of the mentioned establishments of the contracting authority.
