- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the supply and assembly of furniture for the library in Cheb according to variant 1 - birch plywood in white oil. The delivery and installation does not include the installation of the lighting fixtures and their cabling. The installation of the lighting fixtures will be carried out by the main contractor of the library reconstruction construction after the installation of the furniture.
The subject deliveries are always new and non-refurbished goods. The subject of the performance must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, as well as in accordance with all the requirements set by the contracting authority in the procurement conditions. Detailed specifications and more detailed requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of public procurement are listed in Annex No. 1 of the draft Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 1 of the draft Purchase Agreement is the Inventory of the subject of performance).
