Description:
The subject of this public contract is the performance of the OSH coordinator (KOOBOZP) for the implementation of the construction of roads and engineering networks in the locality Berlin 2, in the cadastral area of Frydek, as well as "construction". The construction will be carried out according to the scope and content of the documentation of the construction, as well as the "DPS", processed by the company Poppoplan s.r.o., with its registered office at the Přemyslids 462/6, Ostrava - Marianske Hory, 709 00 in the period 01/2025. Processed project documentation solves the design of roads and utilities for future social services facilities and house housing houses in Frydek-Mistek on parts of the area No. Z 204 defined by the land use plan. As part of this investment project, new roads and sidewalks will be built. This building will also include the realization of new public lighting, water supply, sewage and rainwater sewer and their connections. Cable protective systems will also be made for future Network of electronic communications and hot water. A new retention tank will be realized for rainwater disposal. The PCB is processed in its entirety for the area, but within this public contract will be implemented 1st stage of construction.
